I'm a UX and interaction designer with an MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons. Before grad school, I got my B.S. in Natural Resources at Cornell University and spent two years doing clinical medical research at Columbia University Medical Center, focusing on hemorrhagic stroke. Deciding to pursue design was a career change for me, but I've brought with me all the passions and perspectives from the world of science, aiming to support all of my design work with thorough research and far-reaching context. After school, I founded the company Speech Up, a speech therapy app that aims to help children practice their speech with the help of voice recognition software.
